M22 Fresh Coats collects the details you type into the quote form, so we can answer your request. We do not sell your information. We share it only with the services that run the site and deliver your request. You can ask us to delete your information at m22freshcoats@gmail.com.

What does the quote form collect?
Project type, city or ZIP code, your name, phone number, email address, timeline and message. If photo upload is switched on, it also collects the photos you attach. When you submit, Cloudflare Turnstile runs a spam check that reads signals from your browser to tell people from bots.
What happens to my information?
Your request goes to our email inbox through Resend, and a copy is stored as a row in a Supabase database that we use as a backup and for reporting. If photo upload is switched on, the photos are stored in private Cloudflare R2 storage. The site itself is hosted on Cloudflare. We use the information to contact you, prepare a quote and keep records of the request. We do not sell it and do not use it to train advertising profiles.
Who else handles it?
Cloudflare (hosting, Turnstile spam checks and, when photos are enabled, R2 storage), Resend (email delivery), Supabase (database) and, when analytics is switched on, Google Analytics 4 process the data for us. Each has its own privacy terms.
Does the site use cookies or analytics?
When analytics is switched on, the site uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits, phone taps and form submissions. Analytics sets cookies in your browser. You can block cookies in your browser settings or use a browser extension that opts out of Google Analytics.
How long do you keep it?
We keep quote requests as long as we need them to follow up and keep business records.
How do I see or delete my information?
Email m22freshcoats@gmail.com or call (231) 642-6282 and tell us what to find or remove. We reply with confirmation.
Do you collect information from children?
The site is for homeowners. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
How will you tell me if this changes?
We post the new version on this page and change the date at the top.
