These terms cover the M22 Fresh Coats website and quote requests. A quote request creates no obligation for you or for us. Painting work begins only after you and M22 Fresh Coats agree to a written scope and price. Information on this site describes our services and does not replace that written agreement.

What does a quote request do?
It tells us about your project and how to reach you. It does not reserve a date, create a contract or commit you to anything.
What makes a quote binding?
A written quote or contract signed or accepted by you and by M22 Fresh Coats. The written document lists the scope, the products, the price, the schedule and the payment terms.
Is the information on this site a promise?
The site describes our services, process and the paint products we use. Product lines, colors and availability can change. Your written scope controls what we apply to your house.
Who owns the content and photos?
M22 Fresh Coats owns the site's text and design. Sherwin-Williams and its product names belong to The Sherwin-Williams Company. We use those names to say which products we apply. M22 Fresh Coats is an independent company, and Sherwin-Williams does not sponsor or endorse this site.
What can I not do on the site?
Do not submit false information, send spam through the form, try to break or overload the site, or copy our content for another business.
What are the limits of our liability?
We provide the site as is. To the extent Michigan law allows, we are not liable for losses from using the site. This does not change the terms of any written painting agreement.
What law applies?
Michigan law applies to these terms. Disputes go to the courts in Grand Traverse County, Michigan, unless your written agreement says otherwise.
